Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years construction management experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Experience running 75M+ Aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for the project across all lifecycle phases.
• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to an injury-free environment.
• Support strategy development and implement company initiatives.
• Guide subcontractor strategy and ensure qualified partners.
• Oversee preconstruction, estimates, schedules and constructability.
• Manage project risk, change orders, and client relationships.
• Ensure staffing aligns with schedules and business plans.
• Represent JE Dunn with clients and industry relationships.
