Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a seasoned Project Director to provide overall direction and leadership for multi-phase work programs. You will drive operational excellence, financial management, team leadership, and stakeholder relationships to meet contractual and financial targets and align with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

Key responsibilities include steering strategy, managing risk, guiding subcontractor relations, and ensuring safety leadership across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 15+ years construction management experience (Preferred).
• 5+ years people management experience (Required).
• Demonstrated success in leading large or complex projects and teams (Required).
• Must have experience running $75M+ aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Support strategy development and implement company-wide initiatives.
• Direct subcontractor strategy and ensure qualified partners.
• Oversee preconstruction discussions and develop contractual obligations.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risk and client relationships.
