• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of construction management experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of people management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the assigned project or work program across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment with mentoring and corrective action.
• Supports strategy development and company-wide initiatives within the work program.
• Offers strategic direction to team members aligned with broader project plans.
• Maintains long-term client relationships and guides project-specific client strategy.
• Manages project risks, change orders, and contingency expenditures to protect value.
