Job summary

Wittenbach Business Systems Inc is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and related security equipment. You will ensure proper operation and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and an Associate degree in Electronics or related field is preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean record are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent preferred.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related security equipment.
• Ensure that products are functioning properly and address problems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Interact with customers or designated contacts to ensure satisfaction with services and maintain strong service relationships.
