The role works with Project Managers to plan, schedule, document, report, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to client requirements. Qualifications

• Degree preferred in construction management or related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in construction industry.
• Prior experience with City, State and/or Government work is a plus.
• Ability to manage detailed processes and solve problems quickly under pressure.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Comprehensive reading and interpretation of contracts, drawings and schedules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project coordination and documentation with project stakeholders.
• Assist Project Managers and Construction Managers in all project phases and logistics.
• Provide administrative support to field staff.
• Ensure safety compliance documentation is maintained in field operations.
• Maintain project data management systems and generate progress reports.
• Manage meeting minutes and distribute to stakeholders; assist in ad-hoc reporting.
