Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist for a freestanding Emergency Department, requiring BLS, ARDMS certification, and 1+ year of specialty experience.

Details

• Freestanding Emergency Department with 12 ED beds offering DX, CT, and Ultrasound imaging
• Average of 10 scans per day
• Emergency patient population including MVC, SOB, falls, injuries, and DVTs
• Typically 2-3 radiology technologists staffed per shift, including 1 ultrasound tech and 2 dual DX/CT techs
• Uses EPIC EMR, Phillips iSite PACS, and Siemens S2000 ultrasound machine
• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, working every Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 1900-0700
• On-call required 2 nights per month, with choice of nights
• No floating required

Requirements
