The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks a Training Specialist to help customers transition to our software and provide training and ongoing support throughout the process. Travel about 80% to install and convert software for dealerships, then support customers from a home office when not on-site.

Training lasts 2–3 months, with classroom and on-the-job mentoring. Requires strong communication skills, a friendly disposition, and a valid driver’s license with reliable internet access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with minimal violations in recent years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel ~80% to install and convert software for customers.
• Meet dealership management to understand needs and customize the system.
• Provide training to key dealership personnel on using the solution.
• Support current customers from home office when not on-site.
• Assist with ongoing customer setup, implementation, and follow-ups.
