The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers convert to the Reynolds system and provide training and support throughout the process.

You will travel about 80% of the time to install and customize the software at dealerships, meeting management to tailor the system and train staff. When not on-site, you will support customers, prepare for trips, and conduct follow-ups from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with converting to Reynolds system and provide training and support.
• Travel to dealerships for installation and customization of the software.
• Train dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
• Support current customers when not on-site and prepare for future trips.
