Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent in project management, construction management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-1 year of construction and/or project management experience.
• Familiarity with computerized estimating systems.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, scheduling, and estimating; general safety standards.
• Project management training/skills; understanding the project life cycle.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications; strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate field staff and assist project managers in managing construction processes to ensure quality, schedule, cost control, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with budget tracking, customer billing, labor estimates, scheduling, and project status reports; participate in meetings and prepare minutes.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities such as planning, design interpretation, takeoffs, bid packages, and value engineering; resolve drawing issues.
• Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure conformance with contract documents and QA standards; document progress with photos.
