Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Technologies for a travel position based at a national project site. The role coordinates field staff, assists project managers in controlling schedule, cost, safety, and quality, and ensures customer satisfaction in line with company policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, scheduling, cost reviews, and documentation for project commissioning. Travel to sites is required, with relocation possible for duration of projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in project management, construction management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills; ability to read contracts, plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field staff and assist project managers to manage scope, schedule, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, and reporting; prepare meeting minutes.
• Assist with preconstruction activities, takeoffs, reviews, and value engineering as needed.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and document progress with photos.
