American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a CVOR hospital position in Montana. Requires 2 years CVOR experience and BLS; NBSTSA is required and NCCT may be considered.

License may be required. Experience with cardiac, hybrid, vascular, thoracic, and robotic thoracic cases preferred. You will work in a 15-OR facility with a hybrid room, 45 cases daily across OR and CVOR, and a 10-hour day shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience with cardiac, hybrid, vascular, thoracic, and robotic thoracic cases

Responsibilities

• Hospital surgical department with 15 ORs and a hybrid room
• Averages 45 cases per day across OR and CVOR
• Care for cardiac, hybrid, vascular, thoracic, and robotic thoracic patients
• Use Cerner EMR
• Operate unit-specific equipment (cell saver, Belmont rapid infuser, glucometer, DaVinci robotics)
• 10-hour day shift 6:45AM–7:15PM
• No floating required
• Weekend rotation and on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage ~50% of time
• Work alongside Charge RN, staff nurses, surgical technology aides, CSTs
• First week orientation with a preceptor, rotation through CV, Vascular, Thoracic, and Hybrid areas
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Free parking with paid garage option
• RTO requires advance manager approval
• First-time travelers eligible

• License required if applicable
• Experience with cardiac, hybrid, vascular, thoracic, and robotic thoracic cases

Responsibilities

• Hospital surgical department with 15 ORs plus a hybrid room shared with the Cath Lab
• Averages 45 cases per day across OR and CVOR
• Cardiac, hybrid, vascular, thoracic, and robotic thoracic patient population
• Uses Cerner EMR
• Unit-specific equipment includes cell saver, Belmont rapid infuser, glucometer, and DaVinci robotics
• 10-hour day shift from 6:45AM-7:15PM
• No floating required
• Weekend rotation required for posted weekend needs
• On-call required one weekday per week and one weekend every 4 weeks
• Holiday coverage expected approximately 50% of the time, potentially more based on need
• Works alongside Charge RN, staff nurses, surgical technology aides, and fellow CSTs
• First week of orientation paired with a preceptor, followed by rotation through CV, Vascular, Thoracic, and Hybrid areas
• Scrubs provided by facility
