• Experience required in General, Gyn, Vascular, Thoracic, Ortho (including total joints), Neuro/Head/Spine, and Trauma procedures
• Experience preferred in C-Section, ENT, Plastics, and DaVinci Robot procedures
• Must be able to precept
• NBSTSA certification required (NCCT not accepted)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• License required if applicable
• Must have own vehicle
• 2 recent supervisory signed references required

Responsibilities

• 8-bed OR unit in a teaching hospital setting
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 40 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required as needed
• On-call required by rotation
• Facility-provided scrubs
• Works in a 298-bed teaching hospital recognized for patient safety excellence
• Candidates must be willing to take call; those unwilling to take call will not be considered
• Shift accommodation requests will not be considered for this position
• Block scheduling is not available for this position
• All scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application, as requests after offer may lead to a rescinded offer
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
• Maximum of 5 days RTO may be requested
