Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for an Ambulatory Surgical Unit in Winchester, VA. Requires 2+ years CST/OR experience across multiple specialties and NBSTSA certification.

The role features a day shift (6:45 AM–5:00 PM), no weekends, and travel-friendly benefits. Candidates must reside more than 65 miles away; local candidates will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CST/OR experience.
• Experience across General, Robotics, ENT, GYN, Urology, and Orthopedic specialties.
• NBSTSA certification required.
• BLS certification from AHA required.
• VA state license required if applicable.
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Ambulatory Surgical Unit with 6 OR beds.
• Case coverage includes General, Robotics, ENT, GYN, Urology, and Orthopedic procedures.
• Uses DV5 Robot for robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Day shift schedule, 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM.
• No weekend or holiday requirements.
• No floating required.
• Occasional late stay required to finish cases running past 5pm, approximately once a week.
• Scrubs provided by facility.
• Must adhere to facility dress code policy.
• Candidates must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible.
• Local candidates within the radius will not be considered.
