Layton Construction is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager in Utah for data center construction. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with the project team to ensure quality, safety, and successful delivery of complex projects.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, with responsibilities spanning pre-construction through close-out and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• Six+ years PM experience within Data Center Construction.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes.
• Understanding of estimating, change orders, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of project estimates.
• Prepare project budgets and unit cost reports.
• Lead project team in developing PMP.
• Negotiate subcontracts and owner change orders.
• Develop and monitor quality, safety, and risk plans.
• Coordinate final close-out procedures and as-built deliverables.
