Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead planning, management, and execution of data center construction projects. You may oversee multiple projects, drive profitability, and ensure safety and quality to meet owner expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating bids, preparing PMP, managing change orders, and ensuring schedule milestones align with financial goals while maintaining strong client relations and team collaboration.

• Assist in project estimates and budgets.
• Lead the project team in PMP development and execution.
