Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, or related field with minimum 3 years in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience in field construction or engineering with knowledge of scheduling
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Willingness to travel 90–100% as required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, engineering, and VDC coordination.
• Generate basic financial reports and provide onsite support for delivery coordination and hand-offs.
• Maintain project documentation and records (minutes, drawings, shop drawings, photos).
• Manage submittals, transmittals, RFIs, and variance handling.
• Review procurement packages to understand scope for each vendor.
• Track and report on delivery and manufacturing status and project schedule.
• Ensure site readiness, including transport schedules and material delivery methods.
• Obtain chain-of-custody signatures and verify storage environment for deliveries.
• Assist with delay back charges and claims documentation.
• Assist in collecting and uploading vendor/integrator close-out docs.
• Support safety and project delivery activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned
