The Boldt Company is seeking a Senior Site Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex, data center projects across the United States. This traveling role owns jobsite performance from planning and sequencing to safety, quality, and commissioning, guiding teams, craft labor, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale, union construction environments, ideally in data centers.
• Proven ability to lead complex, mission-critical projects and teams.
• Deep knowledge of building systems including structural/concrete framing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience in construction sequencing, logistics, and planning in high-redundancy environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex, large-scale mission-critical data center projects with full ownership of jobsite performance.
• Oversee planning, sequencing, safety, quality, and final commissioning across multiple sites nationwide.
• Collaborate with project teams, craft labor, and trade partners to drive accountability and results.
