The Boldt Company is seeking a Senior Scheduling Manager to lead the Data Center Scheduling team for hyperscale projects across the Midwest. You will develop integrated schedules, mentor a growing team, and influence key decisions in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Controls, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 10-14 years of demonstrated proficiency with progressive data center and/or mission critical project construction master scheduling is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high performing teams is a must.
• Time impact analysis experience required.
• Expert with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365 Suite. Familiarity with project management systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop project leaders at various career stages
• Willingness to travel and maintain regular onsite presence across the country.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and grow the Data Center Construction Scheduling team across the Midwest.
• Direct the development of integrated project and program schedules across hyperscale data center projects.
• Guide baseline, update, recovery, and time-impact analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Influence executive decision-making and mitigate enterprise risk.
• Dream, build, and expand Boldt's data center scheduling capabilities.
