Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale data center construction projects. You will coordinate craft and subcontractor activities, keep complex site work moving safely and efficiently, and partner with Project Managers to deliver on schedule and within budget.

This role requires deep union experience and strong ability to align mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes as conditions change.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of large-scale construction oversight experience.
• Strong field leadership coordinating civil/electrical/mechanical work on data centers.
• Union experience is required.
• Ability to spot overruns and keep the project on track.
