Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale mission-critical construction projects in the Midwest, United States. You will work with project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and clients to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities include document management, subcontractor coordination, procurement and material tracking, and cost controls, with travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of construction, engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel and spend significant time on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale mission-critical construction projects.
• Support project execution through document management, subcontractor coordination, procurement and material tracking.
• Provide schedule support and cost controls; monitor progress and budget.
• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders.
• Work with project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and clients to deliver on time and within budget and quality standards.
• Stay organized in fast-paced environment and help drive successful project outcomes.
