The Boldt Company is seeking a Senior Site Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex, data center projects across the United States. This traveling role owns jobsite performance from planning and sequencing to safety, quality, and commissioning, guiding teams, craft labor, and trade partners.

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale, union construction environments, ideally in data centers.
• Proven ability to lead complex, mission-critical projects and teams.
• Deep knowledge of building systems including structural/concrete framing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience in construction sequencing, logistics, and planning in high-redundancy environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

What You Bring

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale, union construction environments, ideally in data centers
• Proven ability to lead complex, mission-critical projects and teams
• Deep knowledge of building systems, including:
• Structural, concrete, and framing systems
• HVAC, plumbing, chilled water systems
• Electrical systems, including high/medium voltage and emergency power
• Expertise in construction sequencing, logistics, and planning in high-redundancy environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing high-performing teams
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
• Understanding of craft jurisdiction and union environments
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $220,000 - $250,000 annually.

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $220,000 - $250,000 annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
