Mortenson is seeking a Scheduler II - Structured Cabling on a role with 100% travel, primarily on project sites across the U.S. The candidate will develop and maintain project schedules using CPM scheduling tools and support site teams and management with schedule updates and mitigation plans.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or an equivalent field and 2+ years of construction experience, plus proficiency in Primavera P6.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent field.
• 2+ years of construction experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles and practices.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project schedules with site teams and trade partners using CPM methods.
• Monitor and update schedules to support supervision.
• Assist management in mitigation planning for scheduling issues.
• Contribute to proposals and pursuit schedules as needed.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
