Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Scheduler II to oversee all planning and scheduling activities. This individual will work closely with site teams and trade partners to develop project schedules using CPM scheduling programs and monitor updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management and two years of construction experience. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years construction experience or a combination of training and experience.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, and practices.
• Ability to travel may be required based on operating group.

Responsibilities

• Work with site teams to develop project schedules using CPM scheduling programs.
• Support supervision by monitoring and updating project schedules.
• Assist site management in formulating mitigation plans for scheduling problems.
