Job summary

Mortenson Construction is seeking a Scheduler II - Structured Cabling to join our team. The role involves routine planning and scheduling using established methods, ensuring accurate project timelines across multiple sites on a travel-intensive schedule.

Responsibilities include developing CPM schedules with site teams, monitoring progress, and assisting management with mitigation plans. Travel up to 100% is required, with assignments across various states as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience with Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices and company software.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules with site teams and trade partners using CPM scheduling programs.
• Monitor and update project schedules to support supervision.
• Help form mitigation plans to correct scheduling problems.
• Assist with proposals and pursuit schedules as needed.
• Build effective relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
