Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Scheduler I or II - Structured Cabling to perform advanced scheduling across complex projects. You will coordinate project teams, develop and maintain schedules, and support successful execution with CPM methods and P6 software.

Position offers two levels based on experience, with location TBD and up to 100% travel across the U.S. Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and DC areas have adjusted pay scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience with Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Thorough knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, methodologies, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site teams, trade partners, and project stakeholders in schedule development and maintenance.
• Monitor and update project schedules across multiple projects with status, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Identify risks, evaluate mitigation strategies, and develop recovery plans with site management.
• Mentor scheduling professionals on scheduling principles, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate on proposals, pursuits, and preconstruction efforts with schedule-related strategy.
