Mortenson is seeking a Senior Scheduler I or II - Structured Cabling to lead and coordinate project schedules across complex cabling deployments. You will use CPM scheduling software to develop, maintain, and forecast timelines, and you’ll work with site teams, trade partners, and leadership to mitigate risks and recover slippages.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, proficiency with Primavera P6, and the ability to travel up to 100% across the U.S.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Knowledge of scheduling concepts, practices, and tools.
• Experience with 4D visualization and cost-loaded schedules.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work across multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate site teams, trade partners, and project stakeholders in the development, maintenance, and execution of project schedules using CPM scheduling software.
• Monitor, analyze, and update project schedules across multiple or complex projects, providing schedule status, forecasts, and recommendations to project and group leadership.
• Identify schedule risks and challenges, evaluate mitigation strategies, and partner with site management to develop and implement recovery plans.
• Mentor, train, and provide guidance to less experienced planning and scheduling professionals on scheduling principles, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Development and project teams on proposals, pursuits, and preconstruction efforts, including development of project schedules and schedule-related strategy.
• Participate in corporate planning and scheduling initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and best practice sharing across the organization.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and organizational levels.
