Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Scheduler I/II - Structured Cabling to lead project schedules across complex programs. You will coordinate site teams, trade partners, and stakeholders to implement scheduling strategies, maintain CPM schedules, and support project execution.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, forecasting, mitigating risks, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating on proposals and preconstruction efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Primavera (P6) scheduling software and CPM concepts.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling principles and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site teams and stakeholders in development, maintenance, and execution of project schedules using CPM scheduling software.
• Monitor and update schedules across multiple projects, provide status, forecasts, and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify schedule risks, develop mitigation and recovery plans with site management.
• Mentor and train less experienced planning professionals on scheduling concepts and tools.
• Collaborate with business development and project teams on proposals and schedule-related strategy.
• Engage in continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across the organization.
