Education First is seeking a dynamic Sales Development professional in the Denver area. You will make outbound calls to travelers, build relationships with past customers, and drive new business while supporting a high-energy team in a flexible hybrid model.

No sales experience? Our Sales Development Program trains you in sales, product, marketing and industry trends, with mentorship and growth opportunities within EF.

Mansioni

• Manage your book of business while bringing in new opportunities.
• Maintain high outbound activity and follow-up calls.
• Average 100+ calls and 3 hours of phone time daily.
• Use consultative selling to generate product interest.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop an integrated sales strategy to reach goals.
• Weekend work 1-2 days/month with a weekday off.
• Late shifts 11:30am-8pm MT, 1-2 days/month.
