Job summary

EF Education First Ltd. in Denver seeks a dynamic Sales Development Professional through our Sales Development Program. You will develop customer acquisition and retention strategies and handle outbound calls to travelers.

You can work from home on Fridays and collaborate in the office Monday–Thursday. Requirements include 4+ years of experience or a 4-year degree; first-year on-target earnings are $62,000 with base salary of $50,000 and $12,000 bonus, with uncapped bonus potential; OTE rises to

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and influencing skills (must connect with diverse individuals via telephone).
• Naturally strong sales instincts with ability to capitalize on buying signals.
• Driven, competitive mindset and accountability with a student mentality.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage your book of business while bringing in new business.
• Maintain and practice high outreach and follow-up calls.
• Average 100+ calls and 3 hours of phone time per day.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to prospect and initiate product interest.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Develop an integrated sales strategy to accomplish goals.
• Weekend work 1–2 days/month with a weekday off.
• Late shifts 11:30 am–8 pm MT 1–2 days/month.
