Job summary

EF Education First Ltd. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our Go Ahead Tours team in Colorado.

You will develop customer acquisition and retention strategies, identify opportunities to improve the traveler experience, and actively engage potential travelers through outbound calls. The program emphasizes building strong sales skills with coaching in consultative selling, product knowledge, marketing trends and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage your book of business and bring in new customers.
• Maintain high outreach and follow-up calls.
• Make 100+ calls and 3 hours of phone time per day.
• Use consultative selling to generate product interest and close deals.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Develop an integrated sales strategy to reach targets.
