Job summary

EF Education First Ltd. in Denver, CO is hiring for a Sales Development Program to build customer acquisition and retention for Go Ahead Tours. You will conduct outbound calls to travelers, nurture relationships with past travelers, and contribute to a high-energy sales team.

The program trains in sales, product knowledge, marketing, industry trends, and consultative selling, with mentorship. Expect 4 days in office with occasional Friday work-from-home and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English; role performed primarily in English with occasional Spanish.
• Strong verbal communication and telephone persuasion skills.
• Must be goal-driven with accountability and a competitive mindset.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience or a 4-year degree.
• Able to plan, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage your book of business while bringing in new clients.
• Maintain high outreach and follow-up phone conversations.
• Average 100+ calls and 3 hours of phone time per day.
• Use consultative selling techniques to generate interest in products.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Develop an integrated sales strategy to achieve targets.
