Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or travel school graduate preferred).
• Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience; 1 year in retail/leisure travel preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, organizational ability, travel booking systems, and geography knowledge.
• Certifications: CTA designation within two years; company covers cost and provides paid time to complete.

Responsibilities

• Craft domestic and international travel experiences including cruises, land tours, flights, hotels.
• Build long-term relationships and turn first-time clients into loyal travelers.
• Process bookings, payments, and travel docs while following ARC, DOT, and AAA policies.
• Educate clients on AAA benefits and exclusive travel perks.
• Attend trainings and familiarization trips to stay ahead in the industry.
