Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Retail Travel Agent to craft unforgettable domestic and international itineraries, from cruises to flights, and leverage personal travel experiences to inspire clients.

You will build long-term relationships, process bookings and payments, educate clients on AAA benefits, and participate in trainings to stay ahead in the industry. No Sundays; Monday–Friday schedule with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CTA within two years of hire.
• At least 1 year of retail experience required; experience in travel preferred.
• CTA certification required within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Craft unforgettable domestic and international travel experiences—cruises, land tours, flights, hotels, and more.
• Use your travel experience to inspire and guide clients.
• Build long-term relationships and turn first-time clients into loyal travelers.
• Process bookings, payments, and travel documentation in compliance with ARC, DOT, and AAA policies.
• Educate clients on AAA benefits and exclusive travel perks.
