Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a Retail Travel Agent to craft domestic and international travel experiences for clients, using personal travel knowledge to inspire bookings and guide customers. You will build lasting relationships, manage bookings and documentation, and promote AAA benefits through compliant processes and ongoing education.

The role offers structured training, potential career growth to Senior Travel Agent, and a schedule Monday–Friday with Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with excellent organizational ability.
• Proficient with travel booking systems and web-based applications.
• Working knowledge of geography and the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Craft unforgettable domestic and international travel experiences (cruises, land tours, flights, hotels).
• Build long-term relationships and convert first-time clients into loyal travelers.
• Process bookings, payments, and travel documentation compliant with ARC, DOT, and AAA policies.
• Educate clients on AAA benefits and travel perks, including the AAA-branded credit card.
• Attend promotional events, training, and familiarization trips to stay current.
