Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Ohio is seeking a full-time Retail Travel Agent to craft unforgettable domestic and international trips—cruises, land tours, flights, hotels—using your travel experience to inspire clients and build long-term relationships. You’ll process bookings and educate clients on AAA benefits while staying compliant with ARC, DOT, and AAA policies.

The role offers a Monday–Saturday schedule, base pay between $15.54 and $19.88 per hour, plus monthly incentives and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CTA certification within two years of hire.
• Experience in retail or travel sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Craft unforgettable domestic and international travel experiences (cruises, land tours, flights, hotels).
• Build long-term relationships with clients and turn first-time clients into loyal travelers.
• Process bookings, payments, and documents while ensuring compliance with ARC, DOT and AAA policies.
• Educate clients on AAA benefits and perks, including the AAA-branded credit card.
• Attend promotional events, training, and familiarization trips to stay current.
