Job summary

R.O.B.O. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support robotics systems across client sites. You will troubleshoot, repair and replace components in live operations, coordinate with remote teams, and ensure accurate reporting to maintain uptime.

The role requires 1–2 years in industrial automation or robotics, a Diploma/Associate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics, and willingness to travel across US states to support 24/7 operations. Familiarity with AMRs/AGVs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in industrial automation or robotics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with AMRs/AGVs preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts to support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and rectify hardware errors on bots in the field.
• Replace defective or worn-out parts and reassemble as needed.
• Coordinate with remote team and customers; report issues clearly.
• Escalate recurring problems to Maintenance Manager when required.
