Job summary

American Traveler, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical Acute Stepdown unit in Michigan on night shifts. Active MI license and ACLS/BLS required; EPIC EMR experience preferred.

The 13-week assignment offers 36 hours weekly with 12-hour nights and a housing allowance. Local candidates within 50 miles may receive a reduced local rate. First-time travelers welcome.

Qualifications

• Active MI RN license required or application process must be initiated.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medical Acute Stepdown unit in an acute care hospital setting.
• 13-week assignment with 12-hour night shifts.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• Uses EPIC EMR.
• 12 hours of non-billable orientation prior to start.
• Provide direct patient care within a stepdown acute medical unit.
• Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted at a reduced local rate.
• No radius restriction for eligibility.
• Must be able to document requested time off at time of consideration.
• Drug-free campus requiring a negative drug screen across all panels.
• COVID vaccination is not required for this facility.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
