Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift in Natchez, MS. The role requires ACLS and PALS, with a 5:1 patient ratio, and housing and travel subsidies. Nurses must reside more than 50 miles away; CHS staff within 2 years are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (MS or Compact) required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years PCU experience.
• No certifications expiring within 30 days.
• No employment gaps ≥90 days in past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work in Step Down/PCU unit of a hospital.
• Night shift 6:45 PM–7:15 AM.
• 13-week contract assignment.
• Patient ratio of 5:1.
• Royal blue scrubs required.
• Must reside >50 miles from facility to be eligible.
• Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered.
• RTO requests <1 week.
• CHS staff in past 2 years excluded.

• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (PALS may be obtained within first 3 weeks of start)
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience required
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Work in the Step Down/PCU unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Patient ratio of 5:1
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
