• Tracheostomy care experience preferred.
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Progressive Care Unit (Intermediate Care Unit) within a hospital setting.
• 34-bed unit staffed with 44 team members including RNs, charge nurses, and CNAs.
• Patient ratio of 1:4.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• 13-week assignment length.
• 4 weekend shifts required per schedule.
• Floating to Med/Surg required.
• Provide direct patient care within a progressive/intermediate care setting.
• Royal Blue scrub attire required.
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered.
• High performer with resiliency, accountability, and integrity preferred as best personality fit.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
