Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an RN Nurse Coordinator for a Treatment and Recovery Service in a residential substance use care setting. The role requires CARN credentials and an active Oregon RN license.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, implementing nursing care plans, and serving as a clinical resource within the program. The position operates on a day shift (08:00–16:30) with no weekend requirements, offering opportunities for bonuses, housing assistance, and travel-related

Qualifications

• Active OR RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Certified Addiction RN (CARN) required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment / post-offer drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Residential and outpatient substance use treatment setting for adults and their families.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
• Day shift schedule (0800-1630) with no weekends required.
• Oversees and coordinates healthcare needs of clients under the direction of the VP of Nursing and Medical Director.
• Collaborates with the Program Director and treatment team to implement nursing care plans.
• Serves as a clinical resource for other members of the treatment team.
