• No on-call responsibilities; on-site supervision and on-call support available.
• Collaborate with on-site Clinical Nursing Supervisor and security officers; off-site On-Call Provider/Manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adult Dual-Diagnosis Behavioral Health Unit within an acute general hospital
• 22-bed unit with a 1:10 patient ratio
• Treats patients with any psychiatric disorder requiring acute inpatient level of care, with a primary diagnosis other than substance use
• Night shift schedule (23:00-07:00), 5x8s, 40 hrs/week
• No on-call responsibilities
• Night shifts are staffed with 2 RNs and 2 Mental Health Counselors, with additional 1:1 coverage available as needed
• On-site support includes a Clinical Nursing Supervisor and 2 security officers
• Off-site support includes an On-Call Provider and On-Call Manager
