Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Mount Vernon, IL, working 36 hours per week on night shifts in a PCU setting. A Stepdown RN with active IL licensure and BLS/ACLS certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) up to date.
• ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC) preferred for cardiac care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments for cardiac care.
• Prepare equipment and assist during cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Document nursing history and physical assessments for telemetry patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
