Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Council Bluffs, IA. You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, providing care to patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Active RN license per state regulations.
• BLS certification required (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS certification required (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry and vital signs, respond to abnormalities.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist with cardiac-related procedures.
• Document assessments and patient status accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, and infection control standards.
