Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Aurora, CO. You will provide care to patients transitioning from ICU to stepdown, with continuous telemetry monitoring and a focus on cardiac health.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets telemetry data and cardiac rhythms.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with emphasis on cardiac care.
• Supports patient care during cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Maintains patient comfort, safety, and telemetry monitoring.
• Documents assessments and patient status for telemetry patients.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
