Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Omaha, NE. This role offers 36 hours per week, nights, and a team-focused environment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
• Current valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients.
• Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of cardiac status.
