Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a travel nursing job in Bismarck, ND. This PCU RN role is 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, with a 13-week assignment starting 11/02/2026. Requires 1-2 years of recent acute care experience and ACLS/BLS certifications.

As a PCU Travel Nurse, you will monitor patients with close observation, manage medications, and respond to changes in condition. Prior step-down experience and strong assessment skills are highly valued in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
• PCU/step-down exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor and document patient vitals and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and manage IVs and catheters as ordered.
• Utilize monitoring equipment to detect changes and respond promptly.
