American Traveler is seeking a PACU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in the Boston area. Requires 3+ years RN experience, 1 year travel PACU experience, and Academic Medical Center background. Must hold MA RN license and BLS; primary source verification within 30 days.

The role runs 36 hours per week with a 50/50 day/night rotation and up to two weekend shifts per month. Epic and UKG/Kronos are used for charting and timekeeping, with a housing allowance and travel/licensure reimbursements

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license (no conditional or pending licenses)
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• Minimum 1 year of travel PACU experience
• Minimum 1 year of Academic Medical Center experience
• License verification within 30 days of start
• NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license

Responsibilities

• Work in the PACU of a hospital setting
• 36 hours per week with day/night rotating schedule
• Up to 2 weekend shifts per month
• 13-week assignment length
• Uses Epic for charting
• Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
• Vaccination requirement (flu)
• RTO must be disclosed
• Local candidates must live within 60 miles of Boston, MA; reduced rate
• Public parking or transit required

Responsibilities

• Work in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) of a hospital setting
• 36 hours per week with a day/night rotating schedule (50% day, 50% night)
• Up to 2 weekend shifts per month
• 13-week assignment length
• Uses Epic for charting
• Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
• Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Boston, MA to be eligible; rate is 5% less than standard travel rate
• No validated parking available at Boston locations; public transportation or paid public parking (approximately $17-$22 daily) required
