Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a PACU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Texas, requiring at least 1 year of PACU experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

This position works 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in a hospital PACU setting, for travelers who live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility. BLS certification and timely certifications are required; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license TX or compact and current.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Minimum 1 year of recent PACU experience required.
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Recovery/PACU unit of a hospital setting.
• 13-week assignment with an 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM variable shift schedule.
• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care to surgical patients.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
