American Traveler is seeking a PACU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in the Boston area. Requires 3+ years RN experience, 1 year travel PACU experience, and Academic Medical Center background. Must hold MA RN license and BLS; primary source verification within 30 days.
The role runs 36 hours per week with a 50/50 day/night rotation and up to two weekend shifts per month. Epic and UKG/Kronos are used for charting and timekeeping, with a housing allowance and travel/licensure reimbursements
Qualifications
- Active MA RN license (no conditional or pending licenses)
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Minimum 1 year of travel PACU experience
- Minimum 1 year of Academic Medical Center experience
- License verification within 30 days of start
- NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
Responsibilities
- Work in the PACU of a hospital setting
- 36 hours per week with day/night rotating schedule
- Up to 2 weekend shifts per month
- 13-week assignment length
- Uses Epic for charting
- Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
- Vaccination requirement (flu)
- RTO must be disclosed
- Local candidates must live within 60 miles of Boston, MA; reduced rate
- Public parking or transit required
