American Traveler is seeking an experienced Level III NICU RN for a night shift position in New Jersey. The role focuses on micro preemie care and high-frequency ventilation with a strict weekend requirement and 3x12-hour shifts.

Candidates must hold an NJ or Compact RN license, BLS and NRP certifications, and have 2–3 years of NICU experience, including recent exposure. Epic experience is preferred and vaccine requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Active NJ or Compact RN license required.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• 2-3 years of NICU experience required, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Level III NICU experience required.
• Experience with micro preemies and high-frequency ventilation required.
• Epic experience preferred.
• BLS certification must not expire within 30 days of assignment start date.

Responsabilités

• Work in a Level III Neonatal ICU (NICU).
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-7:00).
• Every weekend required, with 1 additional weekday shift.
• Patient ratio of 1:2.
• Practices couplet care with a dedicated Stork RN on each shift.
• Floating required among 5 facility hospitals within skillset (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro and OLOL).
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Block scheduling not permitted.
• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates, including micro preemies requiring high-frequency ventilation.
